ELM 9.2: Performance Find Learning Not Returning Any Results When Loaded for the First Time (Doc ID 2028058.1)

When there are a very large number of courses that should be found by the search (e.g. 3500 courses), the message displayed is "No results found. Enter new search criteria or for additional search options, navigate to Advanced Search." .

Also, can cause no results to return.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Find Learning

This affects the Learners ability to enroll.
