Symptoms
Page HRS_APP_SCHJOB Doesn't Support HTML Tags
Users want to add HTML tags to text catalog entry HRAM_JOB_SCH_INSTR to create URL links to other relevant web pages. Rather than displaying the formatted text, the HTML tags are displayed to the user.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu> Set up HRMS > Common definition > Text Catalog
2. For text ID HRAM_JOB_SCH_INSTR when trying to add HTML tags, the relevant page shows up the tag.
