Symptoms
The application does not currently provide a method to reprocess a Snapshot/Open Enrollment to set a different Event Date after a Snapshot/Open Enrollment has been initially processed/Scheduled.
If the business finds a different event date is needed because of unforeseen circumstances, it would be very helpful to have a way to do this. Reprocessing back to "Schedule" is not possible as it generates an error since employees have already been scheduled.
