Symptoms
Asset IUT transfer Unique Constraint error
Using mass transfer for asset transferring from one currency to another. AMIF1000 shows unique constraint error stmt #1625. 805-ORA00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_COST).... Process 7634 ABENDED at Step AMIF_FIN_PHY.210120. Step10. See attached.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an asset
2.Run AMDPCALC process
3.Do an IUT with different currency using mass change
4. Run AMIf1000
