Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Ping does not return anything on EM Hub Options page in Change Assistant wizard


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Nothing is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
PSEMHub should show if the servers are up.


STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Start the PSEMAgents
2. Check in Change Assistant if PSEMHub reports fine.
