Symptoms
Withholding is calculated on Gross Amount including Freight Charges during Prepayment when the Withholding Basis Option is set to only 'Apply Net'.
Steps
-------
1. Create a Prepaid Voucher for 100000 INR
2. Post the Voucher.
3. Withholding Amount calculated is 2000 INR.
4. Make the Payment.
5. Create a Regular Voucher for 50,000 INR which includes 25,000 Freight Charges.
6. Apply Prepayment manually and Post the Voucher.
7. Withholding is calculated on 50,000 INR.
Expected Behavior
----------------------
Withholding should be calculated on 25,000 INR excluding Freight Charges.
What is Working
---------------------
Withholding is calculated correctly on Net Amount when there is no Prepayment.
