Symptoms
Changing the identification photo in HR side is not getting updated in ELM side for incremental Sync only.
The Photo should be updated correctly in ELM side.LM_LD_ASYNC process should go to success with out logging any error message.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure USER_PHOTO_SYNC is up and running in both ELM and HCM
2. In HR Go to Workforce Admin > personal Info > citizenship> Identification data-- Employee photo
3.Change/Add a photo
4.Go To ELM Run LM_LD_ASYNC (Asynchronous Process)
5.Check the log
Employee photo is not in sync between HR and ELM.
