Symptoms
The HIRE_REQUEST transaction from Recruiting completed successfully, but the POST_HIRE_REQUEST transaction that was processed in HR errored out and had to be cancelled.
After the HR Specialist selected OK upon completing the various tabs of the Manage Hires Detail, the Disability box got checked for the new hire, even though neither he nor the Recruiter nor the HR Specialist checked that box.
