Symptoms

FSCM 9.0 Demo environment
Linux 5.11
Oracle Release 12.1.0.2.0 Non-unicode
COBOL compiler Server Express 5.1 64 bit WP6
Issue:
---------
The site recently upgraded PeopleTools from 8.47.20 to 8.54.12. subsequent to the upgrade, when running delivered application COBOL programs like GLPPPST0 and GLPPPOST, the processes run to error. The process monitor shows the standard " Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running"
The PTPDBTST process and remote call test runs to success

When run from a Linux command prompt, the following error is received. Expectation is to see a cobol runtime prompt like DB Type:[ORACLE | DB2ODBC | INFORMIX |
