Symptoms

MT940 Bank Statement with multiple messages(:28C record) when imported fails with the following error messages.

Error:

Could not insert into the BS_BKACT_PD_EC table. (0,0)
Could not insert into the BS_BKBAL_PD_EC table. (0,0)

File could not be loaded into the staging tables. (9450,1248) TR_MSG_PROCESSING.Subscription.BankSta tementLoad.OnExecute Name:msgImpl PCPC:4232 Statement:88 Called from:TR_MSG_PROCESSING.Subscription.BankStatementLoad.OnExecute Name:processImportMsg State ment:18 Called from:TR_FORMAT.Utilities.BankStmtUtils.OnExecute Name:LoadFile Statement:261 Called from:BSP_IMPORT.PROCESS.GBL.default.1900-01-01.FILELOOP.OnExecute Statement:61 (0,0)

Steps:

1. Navigate to Banking > Bank Statements > Import Bank Statements
2. Load MT940 file with multiple messages
