Symptoms
When attempting to view Pivot Grids by clicking the 'Compensation Analytics' and 'Analytics' links on Allocate Compensation page, a "No Action Available" message pops up.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Main Menu > Manager Self Service > Compensation > Allocate Compensation
2. Click on the 2014 Compensation Cycle
3. Click on 'Compensation Analytics' link in the Analytics section
4. "No Action Available" message pops up
5. Click on 'Analytics' link in the Organizational Summary Data Section
6. "No Action Available" message pops up
