The ACA Eligibility Status Field Is Checked For All Rule IDs And Is Not Editable

Information in this document applies to any platform.
It was noticed that on all of the eligibility rules, the ACA Eligibility Status was checked. In addition to the flag being checked, it is not editable – you can’t uncheck it, even in ‘Correct History’ mode.
However, when we create a new eligibility rule, the flag is not check. You can check it and uncheck it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review an Eligibility Rule to see that the ACA Eligibility Status field is checked. Navigation: Setup HRMS > Product Related > Automated Benefits > Eligibility and Event Rules > Eligibility Rules
