Can A New Enrollment Row Be Inserted By Benefits Administration Even When Coverage Has Not Changed? (Doc ID 2069117.1)

1.  We are changing vendors and must send a coverage begin date as of the new Open Enrollment Plan Year. The medical plans are only updating when there is a change in the plan selected. Is there a delivered method to allow a new row even if new coverage is not selected?

2.  We are making changes to Beneficiaries and the changes do not take effect when the event is finalized if no enrollment change occurs.
