EAP: Check Printer Error - PDF Error 127: Unsupported Encryption Option (Doc ID 2071229.1)

Symptoms

Manual Check are not printing.  The printer prints out an error message.

PRINTER ERROR:
“PDF Error 127: Unsupported encryption option”

STEPS:
1. Add Voucher > System Check Payment Method
2. Process through Pay Cycle > Payment Selection then Creation
3. Approve then click Process button for Print Checks
4. APY2021X1 shows Success in Process Monitor
