eBenefits: When Employees Select To Make Medical Plan Changes, The Dependent Is Not Defaulted From The Previous Election (Doc ID 2075822.1)

Symptoms

When employees with Family Coverage are enrolling in eBenefits, the covered dependents are not displaying checked for those already being covered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For Employee with family coverage and all dependents are currently enrolled
2. Goto Open enrollment event via Self Service> Benefits > Benefits enrollment
3. Edit Medical
4. View Dependent/beneficiary information and Enroll checkbox is seen unchecked.
