E-IB: Error when Loading Gateway Connectors with https/SSL gateway URL. Weblogic Log shows "<SSL -- handshake alert: no_certificate>" (Doc ID 2076526.1)

Issue:

The site has an https enabled local gateway and seeing the following error in the appsrv log and weblogic log when attempting to load gateway connectors.
The site is able to load the gateway connectors when using http.

Appserv log shows:
