Symptoms
Reported in FSCM 9.2 Images 13 and 16:
When attempting to search for an existing Department/Product Chartfields, the following error occurs.
Same error also received for PRODUCT Chartfield.
Error/s:
Department -
Class Row method GetRowset scroll is invalid. (2,270) DEPARTMENT.GBL.PreBuild PCPC:667 Statement:6
The scroll name has been used as a parameter of the specified method. It is not valid for the current object.
Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.

Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design Chartfields > Chartfield Values and select Department/Product
2. Enter a value and Search
3. Row returns and error is thrown
