ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading to PT 8.54.16, Users see blank page after entering user credentials on the login page only when using Chrome browser. This issue also occurs when processing electronic payments and returning from the vendor to an iScript the confirmation page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to see the PeopleSoft homepage after logging in regardless of which browser they are using. They should also be able to process electronic payments through 3rd party without having any issue.
