Why do the flex credits shown on the Self Service Benefits Enrollment Summary change as an employee enters elections when the Excess Credit Calculation is set up to allow application of credits only to Health Benefits with the balance either forfeited or assigned to a plan that does not display on the Benefits Enrollment?
