eBen: Life Event Can Be Completed with Incomplete Required Action Item of Benefit Enrollment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A custom Life Event is set up with the Benefit Enrollment Action Item Required. Employee is still able to complete and close the Life Event without completing the Benefit Enrollment Action Item.
1. Open a custom Life Event (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Life Events).
2. Enter the necessary dates required for the Event.
3. Select the Event Completion and Exit Action Item without completing Benefit Enrollment.
4. Click the Complete button.
