Errors after Uploading EP_EVALUATION Sample Data File: "Supplied sample XML file does not allow bursting. Bursting is disabled. (235,3253)" (Doc ID 2089608.1)

Symptoms

Problems after uploading a EP_EVALUATION Sample Data file (ePerformance_Evaluation.xml).
When going to BI Publisher/Report Definition for EP_EVAL, this error is received:


Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Go to Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Report Definition.
2. Select the Report Name "EP_EVAL".
3. Click on "Sample Data" and saved it as "ePerformance_Evaluation.xml".
4. Next, go to Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Data Source.
5. Select Data Source "EP_EVALUATION" (XMLDoc).
6. Click on "Upload" of "Sample Data File" "ePerformance_Evaluation.xml".
7. Locate the 'saved' file from Step #3, upload and save the file.
8. Go to Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Report Definition.
9. Select Report Name "EP_EVAL".
  At this point, the following error is triggered:
Supplied sample XML file does not allow bursting. Bursting is disabled. (235,3253)
Supplied sample XML file does not allow bursting. Bursting is disabled
10. Click on the "Template" tab.
11. Clicked on "Preview" button.
  At this point, received the following error:
Error generating report output: During calling method PTFOProcessor.generateOutput,
the XDO engine throws an exception: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException. (235,3101) (235,2309)
Error occurred during the process of generating the output file from template file, XML data file, and translation XLIFF file
