Symptoms

On : 9.2 , eProfile Manager Desktop

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On submitting a Transfer employee transaction, the Transfer Approval Chain in displayed. The Approver is displayed as a link and the popup does not appear on clicking on it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Approver link should be enabled and popup should appear.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a transfer employee transaction
2. Click on the Approver link in Transfer Approval Chain
3. Approver details popup does not appear
