Symptoms
The PO Close process (PO_PORECON) populates the PO Reopen tables (PO_RC_HDR, PO_RC_LINE, PO_RC_SHIP) for Purchase Orders (POs) that are not closed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Run PO_PORECON against one Business Unit.
2) See that PO's that were not closed by PO_PORECON have data populated on PO Reopen tables (PO_RC_HDR, PO_RC_LINE, PO_RC_SHIP). This is incorrect.
