Symptoms

NOTE: This issue can also happen when shutting down WebLogic using the delivered shutdown scripts (stopPIA.sh and if running a multi-server domain stopWebLogic.sh) where the shutdown hangs and you only see "Stopping WebLogic Server". The solution applies to this issue as well.
