Symptoms
When an employee has elected Vacation Buy during Open Enrollment and Open Enrollment is reprocessed, the Goal Balance is reset to 0 after the reprocessing even if paycheck(s) have been issued with the deduction taken.
STEPS

1. Reprocess the Open Enrollment event for an employee who elected Vacation Buy after the first payroll of the new year is completed (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
