Periodic Process for Employee Accounts with Start Up Value Goes into Infinite Loop and Does Not Complete (Doc ID 2105807.1)

Symptoms

When running Periodic Processing for Participation and Employee Accounts only for an employee with an Employee Account Start Up Value with an effective date the month after the month of hire, the process goes into an infinite loop and does not complete.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Enter Start Up History for Employee Accounts for employee end of month for the month after date of hire (Navigation: Pension > Pension Information > Update Employee Plan Data).
2. Run Periodic Process for an individual employee for Participation and Employee Accounts (Navigation: Pension > Periodic Processes > Request Process).
