Site name in URL and Source default to upper case when saved as Lower Case in Default Options on the Spreadsheet Journal Import Setup Page
Expected Behavior:
-----------------------
Values should remain in the case that they were entered
Steps To Replicate:
-----------------------
1. Open spreadsheet journal upload template.
2. Click on Setup
3. Enter url in Address field in all lower case letters
4. Click Ok
5. Go back to Setup and site name portion defaults to all capital letters
