Display_Name Not Populated In Manage Hires After Creating A Template Based Hire

Symptoms
In PUM Image 13, Display name is not displayed in the Manage Hires - Personal Data page. On clicking the "Edit Name" button, the page displays the Display name.
But this issue does not occur in HCM 9.2 PUM Images 12 and 14.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Workforce Administration > Smart HR Template > Smart HR Transactions > Select Template
2. Select Hire/Rehire > Enter Data for employee
3. Navigation to Workforce Administration>Personal Information>Manage Hires >Select the new transaction> Click on Personal Data link
6. Display Name is not displayed. Click on Edit name link and close that dialog box, then the name is populated.
