PeopleTools 8.54.10

When users open multiple environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PRD) using different Internet Explorer 11 sessions, the applications do not behave properly. Users typically open each new environment by clicking in File-->New Session in their browser.

Sometimes the Header of the Application goes away and users have to close and reopen the browser to login again.

Sometimes a user will log into the same PeopleSoft environment using two different ID's in different browser tabs, and user security is not behaving properly. For example:

User creates an expense report with userid ABCDEF in one session and approves it as user UVWXYZ in another session.  After a a few times of switching back and forth between sessions, security will start missing things for one user or the other.
