Symptoms

Application & Version: PT 8.54.09

After restart of pubsub domain, additional duplicated Integration broker dispatchers are shown in Domain Status page, domain become inactive, and message stuck in New status. 


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

domain status page show duplicate rows for pubsub dispatchers with same app server URL (for windows)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
domain status page show one row for each pubsub dispatchers with different app server URL
