Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------------------------
When running the Resolve Discrepancies process, the process generates the following error:

Marked discrepancy as stale for record U_IT_HCI_LOCTVW row 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In HCM, navigate to Set Up HCM, Foundation Tables, Organization, Location.
1.1 Open an existing location.
1.2 Add a new effective dated row of current date.
1.3 Set the status to Inactive and Save.

2. In CS, navigate to Set Up SACR, System Administration, Utilities, HCM Integration, Run Discrepancy Comparison.
2.1 Run Integration Utility Compare process for custom view.

3. In CS, navigate to Set Up SACR, System Administration, Utilities, HCM Integration, Integration Discrepancies.
3.1 Verify the discrepancy is found for the location that failed to go across on step 1.

4. In CS, navigate to Set Up SACR, System Administration, Utilities, HCM Integration, Resolve Discrepancies (SCC_DISCREP3).
4.1 Set HCM as winner (rule ID: SCCFRGNWINSALL) and try to resolve using Resolution Method SCCSYNCMSG1.
