Is there any setup/configuration in the PeopleSoft to use the competency/specialty of a resource at the supply forecast wherein one could include one more hierarchy or granularity under the roles and calculate capacity for those competencies?

The hierarchy or granularity we are expecting is like : Pools -> Roles -> Competency/Specialty
