Symptoms

No results are produced for Hours Counting Service when Periodic Process is run for an employee from hire date who does not have Hours Consolidations for all employment periods since that date.


STEPS

1. Run Periodic Processing for Service (Navigation: Pension > Periodic Processes > Request Process).
