EPY: Zero Net Checks do not Appear in Employee Self Service. (Doc ID 2140353.1)

Checks are run using  BI Publisher.

1 -Zero net checks do not appear as a pdf in Employee Self Service.

If a check nets to zero, in ePay the pdf is not generated. There is not a check box selected that indicates zero net pay and manual checks should be visible.
The check is a refund of an ER deduction and no check number was generated. Is that why the pdf  check is not generated?

2 - When am employee`s most recent paycheck has zero net pay with no paycheck number assigned, the employee can no longer view existing paychecks and receives the message " There are no paychecks available for reviews".
