EGL9.2: Journal Information is Not Updated And GL_DISTRIB_STATUS is Remaining in 'J' Status for Few Lines After Journal Generator is run

Symptoms
ISSUE:

Journal Generator could not update the Journal information & GL_DISTRIB_STATUS flag value as 'D' for few lines in the accounting entry table.
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction in any subsystem to have some data in the accounyting entry table for the Business unit & Ledger combination chosen in step 1.
2. Make sure that Cross product drill down is checked in the Accounting Entry definition for the subsystem.
3. Run the Journal Generator for the subsystem.
4. Once the Journal generator completes successfully, review the journal information and check the GL_DISTRIB_STATUS in the Accounting entry table.
