Symptoms
When attempting to add an 11th template for a single Event Type, the action fails with the following error:

Activity Guide Template already exists. Please provide a different ID.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Attempt to clone an additional template for an Event Type for which 10 already exist (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > eBenefits > Life Events > Benefit Clone Utility).
