Users Are Able to Change Personal Data Effective Date to Later Than Hire Row Effective Date (Doc ID 2153047.1)

Symptoms

When users hire a new employee then they are not able to enter Personal data effective from a date later than Hire row effective date but after hiring is done (having personal data and hire row effective dates are same) users are able to change Personal Data Effective Date and make it later than Hire Row effective date.

No Error is generated and rows can be saved. Users should not be able to change Personal Data Effective Date to later than Hire Row effective date


The issue can be reproduced at wi ll with the following steps:
1. Add a person effective from 01-Jan-2015
2. Add Org Relationship (Employment Instance) effective from 01-Jan-2015 (Action Hire )
3. Go to Modify Person page
4. click on Correct button
5. Change the Effective date on Modify Person page to 01-Jun-2015
6. Save
