Information in this document applies to any platform.
In FLUID Personal Details tile, the employee's Business Email Address can be changed or modified by the employee. The Field is not display only, but able to be edited by employee.
Per PeopleBooks and in Classic ESS, the Business Email Address should not able to be edited by employee (address should be display only/ greyed out).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Self Service > Personal Information > Personal Details > Contact Details > Email Address
2. Press the edit arrow (>) for the Business Email Address type
3. Locate the Email Address Modal Box and you can change the Email Address type or check the Preferred checkbox or change the Email Address
