Issue:

User is trying to import a flat file journal and is receiving an error.

Steps to Replicate:
---------------------

Create a journal data flat file with at least 1 line having a statistical account & corresponding statistical amount as 0.
Upload the flat file in navigation: General Ledger > Journals > Import Journals > External Flat Files in a run control
Run the flat file journal import process GL_JRNL_IMP & check the import log

Error:
------
Statistical amount is required when line has statistics account
