On : 9.2 version, Payment Processing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users can no longer create zero amount deposits after applying patch for Bug 20702976 - ZERO PAYMENT AMOUNT PREVENTS DEPOSIT FROM BEING POSTED.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to create zero amount deposits.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a zero dollar payment and save the page.
  2. Following error is triggered and users cannot continue: Payment with zero amount exists in this deposit


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot clear their AR items.
