Symptoms

Getting below error while try to upload ACA files to AATS portal.

ERROR

(TPE 1106) The manifest file does not match our current schema, In particular, our system has detected a potential issue with the following element(s): air7.0:PersonFirstNm, air7.0:PersonLastNm, and air7.0: ContactPhoneNum.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create ACA XML Files
Benefits, ACA Annual Processing, Transmittal and Forms, Create ACA XML Files
