Symptoms
When an employee has multiple jobs (home and host assignment).
If the employee has blank paygroup/eligibility group for host record (empl_rcd =1 or 2 or 3 etc) and Job Indicator= Primary but has
valid values for paygroup/eligibility group for home record (empl_rcd =0) and Job Indicator= Non Primary(N).
The following issues are encountered when requested leaves in Fluid page.
1. Job Title corresponding to inactive employee record also listed in drop down.
2. Absence(Leave) type dropdown is blank for whatever Job title selected.
