Symptoms
In PeopleTools 8.54, when text is copied and pasted from Word, some styles are missing (for example the background color is missing)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a page that has a RTE field (e.g. in CRM Help Desk -> Search Cases -> Notifications)
2. Copy text from a word document.
3. Notice that styling does not exactly match.
