Displaying Screening Results is Very Slow

When displaying screening results in Recruiting Solutions for a job opening with more than 1500 applicants, the system takes more than 15 minutes to populate the grid and the rest of the Recruiting Solutions areas are extremely slow to respond. For job openings with more than 2400 applicants, the grid never fills and no results are returned (system times out)

Expect Screening results to display quickly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Recruiting>Search Job Opening>Manage Job Openings
2. Click on screening results link.
3. Clicked on “Score” to sort the applicants based on Score. Then clicked on the score % (200%) for an applicant.
4. Screening results display slowly.
