E-PTF PT8.55+ PTF Playback is very Slow (Doc ID 2165764.1)

Symptoms

Seeing that PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) playback is very slow.  This is taking over 4 minutes to playback.

 
Following are the platform details for users experiencing the slowness issue:


1. PeopleTools version 8.55.05
2. IE version 11.0.9600.18349
3. Windows 7
