Goal
For COBRA Administration processing of a DIV event when there was a change to Coverage Codes to use Total Covered Persons, the COBRA options prepared for the Ex-Spouse was incorrect.
It was found that more than Coverage Code 1 (Employee only) was prepared for the DIV event where the employee had coverage of Employee + Spouse.
