Goal

Why AM Utilizing Open Periods For GL Default Ledger Group and not Using AM BU Ledger Group?

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
AM utilizing Open Periods for GL Default Ledger Group; should use AM BU Ledger Group

When adding an asset via Express or Basic Add or updating an asset via Change/Delete Pending Trans, the system is looking at the open periods for the GL Default Ledger Group and not the Ledger Group associated with the AM Business Unit

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should look the open period for AM product for the ledger group associated with it in the AM BU

Replication Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign Book in AMBU to non default ledger group
2. Make sure the AM Open period is using the open period from non default ledger group.
I set the open period for non default ledger group to 01/01/16-04/30/16 and default ledger group to 05/01/16-12/31/16
3. Add asset with date 04/01/16 -- upon saving receive message it will replace the accounting date with 05/01/16 which is the first day of the default ledger group. But then I also receive message that 05/01/16 is not open for the AM open period.
