ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When applying a Change Package created from PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant recreates ALL (8) of the customized materialized views as well as the customized "regular" database views
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When applying a Change Package created from PUM, Change Assistant should not recreates ALL (8) of the customized materialized views as well as the customized "regular" database views
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the tax update 16-C Change Package created from PUM via Change Assistant
