Symptoms

When the USER_PROFILE message is triggered by the "Forgot My Password" functionality from a 8.5X tools release to 8.55 the new password does not get Synced over.

Triggering the message from 8.55 (per 5.55.10) to an 8.5x environment is also an issue addressed in a different solution:
