Symptoms

The following error message is received when trying to open a pivot grid from Pivot Grid Wizard or Pivot Grid Viewer:

 

In order to replicate the issue, follow the below steps:

  1. Log into PIA.
  2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid Wizard or Pivot Grid Viewer.
  3. Search for a pivot grid.
  4. Open it.
  5. The error will occur.
